We make your name, job title, email address and company you work for  available to our sponsors, and use this information to contact you regarding other relevant products and services from emap’s Drapers portfolio. This is in our and our sponsors' legitimate business interests: it allows us to attract the most appropriate sponsors for the events, and to facilitate business-to-business communication between you and the sponsors; and allows us to offer you other relevant products and services. You can opt out of providing your name, job title and company by emailing fabsoptout@emap.com. Note we do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties without your consent.

emap uses a third-party digital event platform provider called Swapcard. For the purposes of data protection laws emap is the Data Controller and Swapcard is a Data Processor. Swapcard's data privacy policy can be viewed at www.swapcard.com/privacy-policy . When you register for the event, a Swapcard account will be created with all the information that you entered. Please note your registration data will be visible to other attendees for this event, and you will be able to see theirs. This is in our legitimate business interest: it provides attendees with the ability to network with other attendees. You may opt out of your data being visible by emailing fabsoptout@emap.com or by manually editing your profile on the Swapcard platform. However this will prevent other attendees from networking with you.
